David Mills, former executive at Puget Sound Energy, has been elected to the Board of Managers for PJM Interconnection, a regional transmission organization that covers portions of 13 states and Washington, D.C., in the Midwest and mid-Atlantic regions.

Mills spent 18 years at PSE, primarily as senior VP, policy & energy supply. He served as chief strategy officer for a year, before leaving the company in November 2020 to form Eaglecap Energy Consulting.

Mills will serve a three-year term on the PJM board.

PJM Interconnection serves parts of Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbia.
