Southern California Edison continues executing and warning of potential public-safety power shut-offs throughout its service area.

At 6:05 p.m. Oct. 18, SCE said that no customers were being shut off, but about 57,000 customer accounts were being considered for de-energization.They included 532 customers in Inyo County; 2,041 in Kern County; 11,456 in Los Angeles County; 5,443 in Mono County; 4,441 in Orange County; 4,319 in San Bernardino County; 24,148 in Santa Barbara County; and 4,242 in Ventura County.

A previous PSPS affected about 109 customers in the Old Mammoth Lakes Basin area of Mono County, which had power cut off at 10 p.m. on Oct. 16.
